Areas of mental health support

Throughout the past years, I have looked into almost every mental health support offer out there, maybe not all of them but a lot nonetheless. The truth is, there is an abundance of products and services available, and with research predicting a further increase in mental health challenges, we will most likely see an equally strong increase in "help-promising" offers.


But finding the right support may not only be time- but also money-consuming. While testimonials usually praise the offer at hand, reviews based on real experiences are often missing. By connecting people with similar challenges, baum makes finding tailored support easier.


For me, navigating my way through the maze of products and services landed me with the below categorisation.

While not everyone agrees, I personally feel that almost every offer falls into one of these six categories. With time, baum will eventually help you in finding your right mix of tools across these areas that will better guide you on your journey.
